FIND YOUR FLOW

Make the most of your practice.

  1. Set a starting tempo where you can play without tension. Choose a realistic target and a small BPM increase.
  2. Choose how many bars to repeat at each tempo. For example, practice four bars at 60 BPM, then four at 65 BPM, working toward 120.
  3. Press Start Training. Pause whenever you need a break; Resume preserves your stage. Reset begins a fresh session and unlocks the plan.

A few helpful answers.

When does the tempo increase?

The tempo increases exactly on the first pulse after the configured number of bars. Stage progression and clicks share the same audio clock, so UI updates do not control the timing.

What happens at the target BPM?

The final increase is capped at your target, even if it is smaller than your chosen increment. The metronome continues at the target until you pause or reset.

Can I change my plan mid-session?

Reset the session before editing the starting tempo, target, increment, bars, or time signature. This keeps your stage progression predictable. You can adjust volume or mute at any time.

How should I choose an increment?

Try two to five BPM for difficult passages, with enough bars to feel comfortable at each stage. If your playing becomes tense or uneven, reset with a slower target. In 6/8, BPM counts quarter notes and each bar has six eighth-note pulses.
